| Altar Servers Altar Servers are children in the 3rd grade and up. Servers help at the weekend Masses and Special liturgies. |
| Adult Servers Adult Servers are men and women who server in a vested role at Weddings, Funerals and Special Events. |
| Baptismal Preparation Program The Baptismal Preparation Program is required of parents who wish their children to be baptized at St. Mary of the Hills. The Baptismal Preparation Program informs the parents of their roles and responsibilities concerning the baptism of their child. For more information contact: Marcy Wilson |
| Choir/Organists Music is a very important part of a Mass. It has often been said that singing is praying twice. If you would like to add your musical talents to our parish please contact: Eleanor Olson |
| Eucharistic Ministers The Eucharistic Ministers assist the priests by giving Communion at the Masses, as well as bringing Communion to the sick and the homebound. |
| Giving Tree During Advent a tree is put in the gathering area. The tree is decorated with cards that have names of items to donate to the needy. |
| Greeters/Hospitality Greeters welcome parishioners to Masses and make them feel welcome. This is a very important ministry that is always in need of new members. If you are interested in being a greeter, please contact the rectory. |
| Home Ministry to the Sick Contact: Veronica Howley or Dolores Callahan |
| Lectors Lectors assist the priest during Mass by reading the First Reading, the Responsorial Psalm, the Second Reading, the Prayer of the Faithful and any announcements. New lectors are always needed and welcome, please contact the rectory. |
