St. Columba Web Site Policy
This web site is posted for the information of those who visit the site. It is
hoped that the information contained is current and correct.
It is the policy of the Webmaster to change only those things that have been sent and/or
given to him by those who chair the organizations and groups, including the parish and
school offices. Items must clear these areas. Items are only accepted electronically,
thus spelling and dates are uploaded as received.
The Webmaster reviews pages periodically and if it is noted that information is outdated,
no longer pertains to the group, and/or has not been updated in the past 6 months (except
those items that do not need updating), a message will be sent to the group to have them
update their page. Should no answer be received with 14 days of said message, the site
will be marked "Outdated material" and the contents of the page removed.
Calendar items are posted on the main calendar manually as they are given and/or changed.
If there is a conflicting date or one that you do not agree with, then an appropriate
comment should be sent to the person in charge of that group.
