About Our Council....
Holy Spirit Council #10653 is affiliated with the Catholic Parish of the Holy Spirit located at 7409 W. Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick, WA. Our Grand Knight for 2005-2006 is Steve Ellis. You can contact our Council by email at Ellisbright@aol.com.
Our Council, which was founded in 1991, has members who are active participants in various Parish ministries, boards, and functions and who are dedicated to providing resources and support for a variety of Church, Family, Youth, Community, and Pro-life projects.
We are also spiritually and financially committed to religious vocations by our direct support to men and women who desire to seek and serve the Priesthhood, Deaconate, Brotherhood, and Sisterhood through our Refund Support for Vocations Program (RSVP) and "Pennies for Heaven." In 2010, the Pennies for Heaven program provided almost $90,000 to the three bishops of Washington state for seminarian aid.
Business meetings are held at the Catholic Parish of the Holy Spirit on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm..

The Knights of Columbus of Richland Council 3307 and Holy Spirit Council 10653 cordially invite you to join
us for a series of 8 Wine Appreciation Seminars for 2012. Proceeds for the seminars will benefit
Pro-Life causes and activities supported by local Councils.
The first seminar entitled “Wine 101 - Wine Knowledge for the Beginner and Beyond” will be held on Saturday
(12 noon to 3:30 pm) March 3, 2012 at the Richland Council K of C Hall on 2500 Chester Rd. in Richland.

These seminars will be conducted by local Master Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator, Angelo Tavernaro. Mr. Tavernaro is a brother Knight at Holy Spirit Council 10653. A brief description of Angelo’s past
accomplishments and experience are provided here.
