Join the CCFM - Described below is
information on membership classification,
eligibility, and dues. There are five classes of
membership: regular, associate, honorary ,
corporate, and affiliate, described as follows:
Regular Membership: Any Arch/diocese
of the Catholic Church will be eligible for
regular membership. Regular members in good
standing will be entitled to all the rights and
privileges of membership in the CCFM, including
the right to vote and to have an individual
representing such regular member hold elective
or appointed office.
Associate Membership: Any religious
order, office of Catholic Charities, Catholic
housing, Catholic hospitals or other
corporations or associations affiliated with the
Catholic Church and listed in the Kenedy
Directory will be eligible for associate
membership. Associate members will have all the
rights and privileges of membership in the CCFM,
but will not be entitled to vote or to have an
individual representing such associate member
hold elective or appointed office. Associate
members may send representatives from their
respective organizations as participants in the
CCFM annual conference and other functions.
Honorary Membership: Honorary
Membership: The Board of Directors of the CCFM
will have the right of conferring honorary
membership in the CCFM upon any individual whose
service to the CCFM or the Catholic Church
warrants such recognition. Honorary members will
be invited to participate in the CCFM annual
conference free from any conference fee.
Corporate Membership: The Board of
Directors of the CCFM will have the right of
conferring corporate membership in the CCFM upon
any firm, business enterprise or sponsoring
agency that finally supports or otherwise
enables the CCFM in the furtherance of its
purpose. Corporate Members are privileged to
attend all events at the CCFM Annual Conference,
receive the quarterly newsletter, and be listed
in our membership directory. Corporate Members
cannot hold office nor are they entitled to vote
on CCFM issues. Corporate Membership is for a
term of one year and may be renewed at the
discretion of the Board.
Affiliate Membership: The Board of
Directors of the CCFM will have the right of
conferring affiliate membership in the CCFM upon
any individual who does not meet the
requirements of regular or associate membership,
but who is supportive of the mission of the CCFM.
Affiliate Members are privileged to attend all
events at the CCFM Annual Conference, receive
the quarterly newsletter, and be listed in our
membership directory. Affiliate Members cannot
hold office nor are they entitled to vote on
CCFM issues. Affiliate Membership is for a term
of one year and may be renewed at the discretion
of the Board.
