The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, or the RCIA, is known in our parish as 'Come and See'.

We meet each Monday at 8pm upstairs in the St Lawrence Community Centre during term time. The next term will start on 9th May 2005.

It is a small but lively group of people learning about what the Catholic Church teaches and believes.

After tea/coffee we start with a prayer. Then either Father Robin or the Catechist will give a 10/15 minute input on the theme of the evening. We then break into groups for discussion, or sometimes remain as a large group. These discussions can be great fun and very thought provoking. After summing up another Catechist will lead a short liturgy. This term we will be investigate prayer in our homes.
