1. Seder Meal Sunday April 9^th 2006 @ 5:00 PM

2. Appt. is scheduled for sound system review for the week of March 13 th

3. Tuition will be increased next year, the percentage is unknown at this time.

4. Donations totaling $17,676 were collected for Fr. Rich’s ramp project,

Lowes has offered a discount on materials used for the ramp.

5. The Parish Mission will be moved to the fall, this is when the priests giving the Mission will be available

6. Chirp will be planned for the fall.

7. Fr Jim is working on a proposal for the NE Deanery to hire a professional

youth minister for the Deanery. Each parish will maintain their seperate

youth groups but come together for large activities like Confirmations retreat, high school retreats, etc. There would be two different youth groups, one for 6^th 7^th and 8^th graders, and one for high school students.

Money to fund this proposal would be generated from an ad book listing Catholic business in the NE Deanery.

New Business:

1. Feb 9^th minutes have been approved.

2. Working on Mission statement for NE Deanery Pastoral Council

3. We will make Mother and Father Day cards available for purchase

4. Full time Kindergarten is going well and drawing more new people into the school that will hopefully stay with the school for 9 years.

5. Small cleanup for shrubs and Church grounds would be nice before Easter.
