Meeting Minutes
Thursday August 11,2005
Attendance: Fr. Jim Mitulski, Fr. Rich Bucheit, Kevin McMichael, Ken Poorman, Bud Alexander, Joe Mooney, Carol Schneider, Peggy Scott, Tom Kienstra, Jill Anselm
Absent: John Brendel
Meeting opened with a prayer by Jill Anselm, June 2005 minutes approved.
The Prayer Schedule for 2005-2006 was handed out.
Meetings this year are set for the 2nd Thursday of each month with the exception of April, this will be on the 20th because of Holy Week.
Toni Naughton resigned his
position as chairman of the finance committee.

Fr. Jim suggested having a convention where all of the St. Norbert organizations would have an opportunity to report on what was going on within their organizations at the same time and place.
Fr. Jim also suggested that each St. Norbert organization have a 1-2 minute presentation slot available after Mass but before the Recessional song. They also would have the opportunity to display anything about their activities in the gathering room after Mass on their specific assigned day. It would be important to stress the 2 minute time limit
Stewardship, Ken Poorman is checking on the price and services available for our 3 options concerning the follow up to last years stewardship program.

Parish Council Retreat is set for Sept 24th, After 8:00 Mass we will have a meeting to discuss future plans for the council including the Parish leadership Meeting and the Town Hall meeting for the School.
TWB, discussion involved ways to get more people involved, everybody agreed that it was a great program. The biggest challenge is making it easier for more people to buy the certificates, they all need to use anyway.
How can we get PSR more involved and make them feel more apart of the Parish.
It was suggested that two reps from each Parish attend the Missouri Catholic Conference,
