Christ the King Cemetery Ground Burials

 

Lot Purchase Terms:

  • Paid in full
  • A down payment of $100.00 per grave will be required at the time of the purchase.
  • Minimum Monthly Payment: $75.00 per grave
  •  Should the need for burial arise prior to payment in full, the balance will be required within 60 days from the date of burial.

A vault is required for every burial

 

Monument Lots

Monuments

  • All lots MUST be paid for in full before a monument will be allowed.
  • A permit must be obtained from the Cemetery Office before a monument or marker is ordered or placed on any lot.  A blue print must be submitted to the Management for approval before placing order for the monument.
  • The size of the monument/marker depends on how many graves are purchased
  • All monuments are to be set by the monument company.
  • Only one grave marker per grave is allowed in addition to the monument.

 

Flowers

§         Flower vases must be affixed to the monument itself, or may use the one-legged plant stands.  The one-legged plant stands must be ¾” in diameter and hold no more than one potted plant, and only 1 plant stand per lot (Plot).  Section with concrete ribbons Management will drill stand in concrete.  No other ornaments permitted. (Section N, article XI, 11E)

§         After September 30th all flowers must be removed and pots turned over.  If flowers remain the Cemetery will dispose them of.

§         Flowers may be placed on graves one week prior to Memorial Day, but must be removed one week after.  The Cemetery will dispose of all remaining flowers, unless they are affixed to the monument.

§         Christmas wreaths will be allowed form November 1st through January 15th.

§         Donations may be made for maintenance and up keep of the Cemetery.

§         Veteran’s star/emblem must be placed in line with the monument.

§         There is no planting of trees, shrubs, or flower’s at any time.

 

A booklet is available concerning the legalities of owning property in the Cemetery and will be furnished upon request.
