JUSTICE AND PEACE GROUP

Aims/Objectives:

To pray for justice and peace

To provide information for parishioners re justice and peace issues

To increase awareness on J&P issues via prayer events/ social events/educational events etc

To enable the parish to become actively involved in J&P activities

Activities:

Monthly Tradecraft Stall

Co-ordinate justice and peace events - social & spiritual & with other parish groups

Providing the parish with information on peace and justice issues in parish bulletin

Training given:

Monthly meetings- shared prayer/fellowship/information Catholic Social teaching on peace and justice

Meetings:     frequency: Last Tues of the month - 630pm       location:   Church

Selection process: All welcome
