After School Program
Fun and learning through a variety of age-appropriate learning experiences for children, grades K through 6th. Weekdays 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Features small classes taught by professional teachers and combines reading, math, homework assistance and computer technology with art and cultural enrichment programs. Cost: $15 per week. Financial assistance available. Supported by the Louisiana Children’s Trust Fund and the City of Shreveport.  |
St. Catherine Community Center Summer Day Camp
A seven week program, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday for children K through 7th grade during the months of June 9, 2008 through July 25, 2008. Children participate in academic skill building, cultural enrichment programs, recreational act ivies, and field trips. Cost: $30 registration, $10 T-Shirt, $55 per weekly fees. Supported by the Louisiana Children’s Trust Fund, the City of Shreveport, the Caddo Parish Commission, the Shreveport Regional Arts Council, the LA State Arts Council, the LA Division of the Arts, the Community Foundation of Shreveport-Bossier and the Charles T. Beaird Foundation  |

The Health Service Program is designed to provide women with the resources needed to increase their knowledge of and access to breast health care, screening, and the choice of care available to them. Saint Catherine Community center will provide utility bill payment assistance for victims of Hurricane Katrina or family members that the victims are living with in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
