Confirmation Year III (10th, 11th, or 12th Grade)

Confirmation classes take place from September-December from 6:30pm-8:00pm.  The Confirmation classes consist of group meetings with themes such as relationships, ministry, death and suicide.  The Confirmation program consists of participating in parish ministries or Mass as a lector or greeter, and feeding the homeless.  As a group, they visit a Presbyterian worship service and a Jewish synagogue.  A saint research paper is required along with other summaries.

At Brothers of the Good Shepherd, students feed the homeless on the first Saturday of each month.  Please meet in the Religious Education building at 10:15am with a parent.

Volunteers

These programs would not be possible without the help of volunteers. We need catechists, playground assistants, classroom assistants, people interested in art or music, and those who are willing to substitute for a teacher or help out in any other areas.  Help for the set up of Pizza Night, First Eucharist, and Confirmation are needed.  If you are interested in volunteering please call us and ask for more information.  Any help in any way you can think of will be much appreciated.
