Cursillo Witness

If you were to use Google to search for the word 'Witness' you would find many responses from a 1985 Harrison Ford movie, to human rights advocates, to Jehovah's Witnesses resources. I reached for my handy 'Cursillos in Christianity - Pilgrims Guide' 1996, second edition, to find the following guidence:

Preface: "Each individual lay person must stand before the world as a witness to the resurrection and life of the Lord Jesus and as a sign that God lives. As a body, and individually, the laity must do their part to nourish the world with spiritual fruits (cf Gal. 5:22), and to joyfully spread that spirit to encourage, support, and affirm those poor, meek, and peace keeping men and women the Lord in the gospel calls "blessed" (cf Mt. 5:3-9)."

When our fellow Cursillista, Bob Murphy, returned to the Lord earlier this year, we encountered many accounts of Bob's Witness that God lives. And thus, the idea to share Cursillo Witness Stories came to life.

To offer other Witness accounts, please email your stories to the Dcns. Mitch Rennix and Charlie Frice who are the Spiritual Director's for our community. They will review your stories, and upon their approval, your stories may be added to this site for others to read, and reflect upon.
