Welcome!

"Come and see" ...Jesus spoke these words to a group of people who were curious about who he was and where he lived. And we, the English speaking Cursillo community of the diocese of San Diego, offer the same warm greeting to you.

Come and see...come and be. By our baptism, we are called to "be" Christ to the world. Our goal is to bring Christ's message of faith, hope and love to every environment in which we live..., family, work, community, church and others. Through prayer, personal contact and perseverance, our Lord is counting on all of us to change the world so that it aligns with His perfect will.

Our prayer is that you will find this web site helpful and inspiring as you seek to do the Fathers will. May God bless all that you do in His Holy name.

What is Cursillo?

"The Cursillo Movement is both a movement and a method. The purpose of the movement is to create small groups of Christians that will evangelize their environments with the gospel spirit. The purpose of the method is to help persons live what is fundamental for being a Christian by committing themselves to the spiritual aids the church offers in order to grow in holiness, formation and evangelization".
