Aside from enhancing the Library, we are trying to:

     1.  REPLACE THE WINDOWS. The Collegio's windows are big and were designed for thin glass panels that rapidly radiate any heat generated during winter. Temperatures inside the building can sometimes descend below 0°C (32°F). Like the forty-year-old windows, many blinds are deteriorating. Some cannot be opened anymore;
     2.  INSTALL SOLAR PANELS in order to provide hot water the whole day; and,
     3.  INSTALL AN ADSL NETWORK in the whole building so that all the residents could consult the internet and web-based educational resources. Through the help of generous donors, we were able to start the network in the Library and in the ground-floor Computer Room.
