The Catechist and the Law (with background checks)

In conjunction with attorney Kevin Cosgrove of Hunton and Williams, this session will address the legal issues surrounding confidentiality and negligence using a scenario approach. The scenarios will all be set in a parish so this may be less applicable to Catholic School teachers.
