Hello and Welcome to Lori
Lori Judkins began her ministry as Christ the King’s Music Director in July. Join us as we welcome her to the staff. “Pueblo has been my home since 1980. My three (now grown) children have been raised here, and my eldest son has made me a proud “Grammie.” I have served this community for many years as a church musician, private piano/voice teacher, accompanist for District 60 musicals, full-time accompanist at South and Central High Schools, and as a District 60 substitute teacher. I continue to actively participate in the Pueblo Choral Society (15 years), and serve as concert choir accompanist for the Pueblo Children’s Chorale under the direction of Dr. Jennifer Shadle-Peters. With a BA in Music Education from CSU-P, I come to you from the Music Directorship of the Shrine of St. Therese, and eagerly anticipate getting to know the parishioners at CTK. I have already found the staff to be warm and welcoming, dedicated to the best interest of the parish, and desirous of enriching your worship experience and your walk with our Heavenly Father. I am blessed— and look forward to serving Him, and you, in the musical capacity I’ve been afforded here.”
