Parish Purchases Three Properties

St. Pat’s parish recently purchased three private residences adjacent to the current parish property. These purchases are part of a developing plan to allow the parish to expand at its current location in Kennett Square. 

In recent years meeting space for school groups and various parish ministries have been at a premium. This facility shortage is expected to intensify as the parish grows and as the stewardship initiative identifies additional ministries and programs for the parish. 

While the first three properties have been purchased with existing parish resources, further purchases will require additional financial commitment from the parish and its parishioners. The pastoral council will be developing a long-range facilities plan to accommodate future parish initiatives.
