ST. VINCENT DE PAUL

We are vary appreciative for all the donations you have   given to our St. Vincent de Paul Society.  Unfortunately, due to lack of space we are unable to accept any more furniture or clothing.  However if you have furniture or clothing, in good condition, that you wish to donate, please contact the St. Vincent de Paul Society office at (714) 547-5566.  An additional SVDP Thrift Store has opened and they will be happy to pick up your donation.

We  have  been  blessed  by  your  generosity  and  are requesting  your  continual  support  so  that  we  may continue to serve those in need.  One of our greatest needs continue to be a parishioner with a truck who has the ability to pick up food form the Food Bank in Orange  and  in  Garden  Grove  and  deliver  it  to  our pantry.  If you are able to assist us in this way, please call Lisa at 525-2500.

Recently, a gold Diamond Golf Bracelet valued at $1,000 was donated to our SVDP Society to be raffled.  Raffle  tickets  will  be  on  sale  in  the  near  future.   May  God  continue  to  bless  you.

Carlos Gutierrez, our youth minister for the past two years  will  be  leaving  St. Mary's  on  Sept. 25  to  begin serving at SS. Simon and Jude Parish.  Although we will miss Carlos, we are excited for him as he undertakes the challenge  of  working  in  a  parish  of  more  than  5,000 families.  We look forward to seeing Carlos here now and then  as  he  comes  back  to  visit  his  many  friends  at St. Mary's.
