Usage of the Parish Hall



The parish staff and finance council have been working for months on the guidelines for using the Social Hall. At this time the basic General Guidelines for using the Parish Social Hall:

Eligible to use the facilities: Registered/active parishioners (including their immediate family, i.e. parents/children), recognized parish organizations and parish staff
Acceptable events: anniversaries, birthdays, christenings, graduations, wedding receptions, certain fundraising, etc.
Current Fees: Refundable Security Deposit: $350.00
Use of facilities: $100.00 per hour including set-up & clean-up time for parishioners, $75.00 per hour for recognized parish organizations
Liability Insurance (through the Diocese of Oakland): From $162.00 to $386.00
