Description of the Blue Rose Packet:

The item to be sold is an embroidered Blue Rose with a sticky backing suitable for placing on name badges or articles of clothing. The accompanying prayer card will be placed in a plastic bag with the Blue Rose.

Purpose of Program:

To Foster Awareness of the need for vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life by distributing Blue Roses and vocation prayer cards to members of the Knights of Columbus and the entire Catholic community in California.

Wearing the Blue Rose on the Council Name Badge will engender conversation about vocations which will help to keep vocations in the forefront, not in the background.
