CYCLE OF PRAYER
During Eastertide we are asked to remember particularly in our prayers:
Human Work (especially on May 1st, St. Joseph the Worker.)
Vocations to the Priesthood (especially on 4th Sunday in Easter.)
The Right use of the Media (especially on Ascension Day, May 4th.)
The Church and its New Members (especially on Pentecost Sunday.)

Please pray for:
Francis Cassidy (1985), Laurence White (1990), Richard Adams (1995), Frank Wawrzusisyn (2003), and for all those whose anniversaries occur at this time.

May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

P.S. What Father Bailey was trying to say:
" 'Why are you standing looking into the sky?'   'Go, make disciples of all the nations.'   Once we have glimpsed the promise of heaven we must communicate it to all by the lives we lead in the power of the Spirit."
