Services of the Center

• are "mobile" and operate with a missionary thrust
• are provided in English and/or Spanish
• operate locally
• are of low-cost with high quality adult religious and lay leadership formation
  
• appraises and consults periodically with the Pastor, parish staff team for the implementation and development of the services provided
  
• addresses the local gifts and possibilities for lay leadership and ministry in the parish community
  
• provides systematic, integrated, comprehensive service that engages its "called forth" lay leadership candidates in a process of ongoing formation
  

Collaborative services provided by the Center

Hispanic / Latino Leadership Institute (in collaboration with the Archdiocesan Office of Hispanic Affairs)

Evangelization Cell Group Formation (in collaboration with the Evangelization Office, Archdiocese of New York and New York Jesuit Province New Evangelization Pastoral Studies Project)

Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute (It is geared to promoting and integrating the gifts of Hispanic young people in the building up of their communities in collaboration with the gifts of the parish community)
