The Center's formation design for
lay leadership formation:
- bridges the gap between faith experiences and
practice of the faithful with the vision of the gospel and the
documents of the church
- enables the laity to do ongoing theological reflection
on their faith experiences in the light of the gospel
- provides skills for the laity to be competent
to interact with each other, facilitate teamwork, and collaborate
efforts for pastoral planning and action
