Dear Ministry/Activity Leader or Coordinator:

Summer greetings from St. Aloysius.

Please give your immediate attention to the two very specific requests in this letter.

First is that you supply specific information to Cathy, the Parish Secretary, about activities or events your organization or ministry is planning in 2009 or 2010, which will require the use of our facilities. This includes the Auditorium, Parish Center and Rectory Meeting Room. This information should be identified on the enclosed "2009- 2010 Calendar Event Entry Form". Please get it to Cathy at the Rectory by September 12th. This will be the method of planning a Parish Calendar from now on.

The second request, is for you to attend a special Saturday morning meeting at 10:00am in the Rectory Meeting Room on October 4th. At that meeting the Parish Calendar will act as the basis for discussion of scheduled events, and when all conflicts between ministries or scheduled activities will be addressed and corrected. Attendance at this meeting on October 4th, by the responsible coordinator or a designated representative, is mandatory. Failure to attend could lead to a loss of a scheduled event, especially if there is a conflict and the scheduled time is requested by more than one group.
