Fr. Joseph A. Scarangella was born and raised in Hoboken, New Jersey, and attended public schools there. He also attended Seton Hall University and Immaculate Conception Seminary, and was ordained by Archbishop McCarrick on May 30, 1992. He has previously served at Ascension Parish in New Milford and Epiphany Parish in Cliffside Park. He is a Master of Ceremonies with the Worship Office of the Archdiocese of Newark. Here at St. Al's, Fr. Joe will be involved with the RCIA Program, Respect Life Committee, Lectors, Ushers, Men's Cornerstone and many other aspects of parish life.
