JOIN THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

or The Ladies Auxiliary

Any practical Catholic man in communion with the Holy See who has attained his eighteenth birthday is eligible for membership in the Knights of Columbus. A practical Catholic is one who lives up to the Commandments of God and the Precepts of the Catholic Church. The membership process begins with an application form (Form 100). Here's how to get one.

We ask that only those persons who qualify for membership in the Knights of Columbus submit the form below. Naturally, persons wishing to join the Knights of Columbus as a member of Luke E. Hart Council should live in the Daleville, Fort Rucker, or Ozark area. If you are interested in becoming a Knight of Columbus, and are not in our area, I will be happy to send you the point of Contact for a council in your area or information on setting up a council in your area.

Submission of this information does not constitute a formal application to the Knights of Columbus. An application (Form 100) will be required of all candidates before they may be considered for membership.
