School Registration
1. Registration for new and continuing families opens the last week of January each year.
2. Registration continues until classes are full (20-25 students). Classes close when the maximum number is reached.
INFORMATION REQUIRED BEFORE ADMITTANCE
- Registration application – submitted with registration fee: $50 1st child, $25 2nd
- Letter from Pastor, if outside of parish
- Transcripts from previous school; copy of educational evaluations; special services
- Copy of custodial agreement, if divorced
- All previous financial obligations in school of transfer are completely paid
- Original copy of birth certificate presented for all new students
- Social Security Card presented for each new student
- Current BLUE Immunization Card must be received before first day of school
- Baptismal Certificate presented for all Catholic students
- Age requirements must be met:
- PK3 – Age 3 by September 10th of current year
- PK4 – Age 4 by September 10th of current year
- Kindergarten – Age 5 on or before September 10th of current year
- First Grade – Age 6 on or before September 10th of current year
