Blessing of the Land
On Saturday 26th March 1994, the official blessing of the land was held
at 2:00pm by Monsignor Benedict Camilleri, Rector of Our Lady of Ta Pinu
in Gozo, Malta. For this occasion, the Maltese Consul-General of the
Republic of Malta, Mr Clement Zammit made a welcoming speech for this
big project of Our Lady of Ta Pinu. All neighbouring parishes were
invited for this occasion. The celebration was concluded with a hot cup
of tea and sweets.
