The secular Franciscan Order (SFO) in the Sacred Heart Parish is linked to
the Franciscan Family through the Spiritual Assistance provided by the
Franciscan Frairs Of the first order and Third Order Regular. Yet in all reality
the SFO is an Order in itself, distinct and autonomous but complementary with
the First Order, Second Order (Poor Clares) and the Third Order Regular. And
with canonical approval the SFO is NOT another "Parish Church Organisation"
but a professed way of life of the Gospel in the Secular World comparable
to any religious order and congregation.
- Activities
- Meet every Friday except 1st Friday at the Franciscan Sisters Home for
Bible Study, monthly gathering cum fellowship and Formation.
