Do book mark it so that you can always come here for news in and out of our
diocese. As you have noticed,
the homepage is no more titled as "Miri-Brunei Diocese homepage", this is simply because the Catholic community in Brunei
Darussalam has been constituted a Prefecture Apostolic. By this extraordinary decision of the Pope, the territory
of the
whole sultanate ceased to be part of the Diocese of Miri and operates proudly on its own under its own shepherd the
newly elected Prefect Apostolic, Rev. Cornelius Sim.
