REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
- Boys and girls from two to five (or kindergarten age) may be admitted.
- Two year olds do not have to be toilet trained - a new `Potty Training Program’ is now available
- Students need to be within a normal range of intelligence, as far as can be determined and able to climb stairs.
- Children that apply directly for kindergarten will need to take an assessment test.
- A tour of the facility is available, but not mandatory. Please call us.
- Registration can take place immediately after tour, or may contact us @ a later date.
- The child may begin after all forms are filled out and all immunizations are completed, etc.
TO SPEED UP THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
- Download the PHYSICIAN'S REPORT, Lic. 701 and have the doctor fill this out.
(A T.B. test is also required for Kindergarten and is our policy for enrolling in Preschool or Prekinder )
2. Bring the updated immunizations record
3. Bring cash or money order for registration package. See financial section
4. Fill out Registration Template and email to lflower@catholic.org or fill out and bring into the office
5. Provide us with a copy of the state Birth Certificate
Please be sure Physicians Report is filled out and bring immunization record with you to the office.
All of the above need to be in the office for enrollment to occur
