Creation:  every one of us was created in the image and likeness of God and has a dignity because of that creation.  Because it is God alone who creates, we belong to Him by virtue of His creative power.
 
Redemption:  because of the Original Sin of Adam and Eve and the infinite offense against an Infinite God, an infinite price had to be paid.  Jesus Christ paid that infinite price when He died upon the cross.  We belong to Him by virtue of His redemptive power.Total Belonging to Christ the King.

 

Donation: through the profession of the vows of Chastity, Poverty, and Obedience we freely give to God all that we are, all that we have, and all that we could ever hope to be.  Through this gift of self into the loving hands of our Creator and Redeemer, we belong to Him by virtue of our Donation to Him.
