LECTORS
proclaim the Word of God in the Scriptures at the Mass and at other special
services. They are evangelizers of
Christ, opening their hearts to God’s Word so that they not only deliver it to
others, but live it in their daily lives, putting into practice what they
proclaim. To be a Lector, you must
have received the sacrament of confirmation.
