The Secretary chair on the Secretariat is responsible for taking minutes at each meeting and keeping a permanent record of those minutes over time. This chair is also responsible for distributing those minutes on a timely basis to the Ultreya community contacts so everyone in the diocese can follow along over time on what the Secretariat is doing.
