Lexington Cursillo - Chapel Palanca Information

Chapel palanca is being present in the chapel at Cliffview in prayer during the talks given on the weekend. It is one way of offering personal support to the weekend as well as individual team members as they share the talks that they have worked so long and hard on. Those communities and small groups who have team members on the weekend are especially encouraged to support them by being in chapel during those individual's talks. All community members are invited to participate in this special form of palanca as your schedule permits.

In addition to on-site chapel palanca, another way you can support the teams and candidates is to join your own community in individual or group prayer during the weekend. Each community is assigned a block of time (see table below) to offer prayer so that our prayer is unceasing throughout the weekend. Where you are and how you pray during your communities block of time is up to you but the important thing is that we lift up the team and candidates throughout the weekend. This type of palanca allows you to participate and support the weekend no matter where you are.
