2008 Conference Registration Form 

Friday evening only (No pre-registration)

$15 per person           $20 Married couple        Teens Free 

Friday & Saturday Conference

Pre-Registration includes both Friday Evening and Saturday

There is no Saturday-only registration.

Pre-registration deadline: June 11, 2008.

MCH members receive a $10 dollar discount!


Religious and clergy may attend at no charge.

Pre-registration is required.

Lunch is included with pre-registration.

A limited number of lunches are available at the door.

Youth from 12 and up are welcome to attend any of the sessions.

MCH will accept Canadian funds for conference registration.

Only American funds will be accepted at the MCH book table.

MCH does not accept credit cards!

Cash or checks only!

Volunteers receive $20 off registration fee.
