Hall Rental
The Hall at Holy Spirit (presentation set-up shown)
The hall at Holy Spirit is available for rentals. Rentals are only reserved for private parties on Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to midnight or Sundays from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Seating capacity is 280. round or rectangular tables are available.
The distribution of alcoholic beverages is permitted only if freely offered (No cash bars or selling of alcohol in any form).
Rental includes the use of the kitchen for food warming or cooling (no original food preparation is permitted). Rental does not include use of utensils, dishes or appliances other than the ovens and refrigerator.
Parishioner rental rate is $400.00 (including $200 refundable security deposit). You must be a supporting parishioner for at least six months to qualify for this rate - subject to verification from the church office. Parishioners are responsible for their own set up, re-set and cleaning of the hall and rest rooms.
Non-parishioner rental rate is $800.00 (including $200 refundable security deposit).
There is no smoking permitted anywhere indoors at the parish.
Pavilion Rental
The pavilion is available for rental to parishioners only.
The outdoor pavilion is available for rental between the dates of June 1st and August 31st. rentals include the use of the outdoor restrooms and summer kitchen for food warming and cooling only (no original food preparation is permitted). Rental does not include use of utensils, dishes or appliances other than the oven and refrigerator. Renters are responsible for all trash handling and disposal as well as the cleaning of the pavilion, kitchen and restrooms.
The pavilion rental rate is $350.00 (including $200 refundable security deposit).
