Christ the King offers weekly sessions for children in grades 1 through 6 on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30pm or on Wednesday afternoons for grades 1 through 4. These class opportunities are designed to assist children in responding to God's love, in growing a personal relationship with Jesus, and in the freedom to worship Him as the Holy Spirit leads. The truths of the Faith will be taught as great gifts given to us to know God and His ways and His plans for us. Parents will find these sessions are very effective in reinforcing their own teaching at home and growth in their own faith and prayer.
Sending your child(ren) to these Wednesday classes is also an opportunity for them to meet other children their own age who share their faith. Early formation of good friendships within the Church community will be a great support for your child as he/she grows up.
Children must be registered to participate in the Wednesday night sessions for their grade and there is a $65 fee per child to help cover the cost of materials. Financial aid is available. Registration forms for the 2012-13 school year can be found to the right, along with the general schedule for the year.
