Mission Statement
We, the people of St. Vincent de Paul Parish, are called by the Spirit to be Christ to one another and an expression of His love as a faith-filled community. We believe that:
- God has called us to a covenant relationship with Him to live lives of justice and charity.
- Love of God and neighbor is essential to our faith.
- The gift of Baptism in Christ calls us to be His disciples and gives us the power to do God's work.
- We have a responsibility to worship, proclaim, educate and serve.
Parish Facts
St. Vincent de Paul Parish is located in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
We have about 991 households.
We have a parish school, which is part of the Assumption Catholic Schools system. In the unified Catholic system, our school houses grades three, four and five. Assumption Catholic Schools provides a Catholic school education from pre-school through high school and also offers before and after school day-care. Our parish joins with the other Catholic Parishes of our area in supporting our unified Catholic schools.
Through the Haiti Parish Twinning Program, St. Vincent de Paul Parish has entered into a Twin Parish relationship with St. Joseph Parish in Bonneau, Haiti. We have already been much blessed by this relationship, and we look forward to the future opportunities for growth and grace that the Lord may grant each of our parishes.
