Summary of February 8, 2011 meeting:
Looking for a volunteer for the position of vice president.
Cheese Ball fund raiser We had orders for 237 cheese balls.
Annual Christmas PotLuck Dinner December 7, 2010 Wine and Cheese: 5 6 pm, Dinner @ 6 pm. Bingo followed. Donations for St Vincent DePaul family either cash or Scrip were collected. PCCW matched the dollars donated and helped three families celebrate Christmas.
WinterFest will be held Saturday February 19th and Sunday February 20th. Units will have vendor tables and quilt raffle.
Women's Conference "Call to Holiness" will be held at St Mary's
Parish in
PCCW will sponsor a confirmation reception on April 3, 2011 - if St Joseph Parish
in
Baby Shower will be held in conjunction with the April 17, 2011 Sunday Social.
Spring Deanery dinner/speaker will be at St Alexander Parish in Port Edwards April 26, 2011
The Annual DCCW collection will be the weekend of April 30th / May 1st.
May's sunday Social May 15, 2011 will host a high school graduate reception.
Next PCCW meeting will be held May 10, 2011 in room 103.
