Rejoicing in God’s unconditional love

KUCHING - A weekend retreat on the Parable of Prodigal Son was organised by Holy Trinity Parish from 20-22 June in Tan Sri William Tan Auditorium.

About 70 participants were led by Bishop John Ha, Dr Jeffrey Goh and Angie Lim-Goh to reflect on their lives in the light of the three main characters of the parable.

Many found the experience enriching as they were able to spend more time with the Lord. Group sharings helped to strengthen and uplift one another to take another step forward in their lives as participants discovered that problems and difficulties were similar.

A touching ceremony of the service of the cross and resurrection ended the retreat on a positive note as participants expressed their love for the Lord and were inspired to start afresh again.
