Minutes 03/24/09 Meeting

The Men’s Club met Thursday March 24, 2009 at St. Joseph’s Church. There were 11 people in attendance

I. Old Business

A. Review of Minutes: Minutes were approved with no changes.

B. Finance Report: Current balance – Not Available.

C: Hockey game was fun and 20 plus people attended

D. Fish Fry March 13^th was a big success. We served 160 meals and grossed $1,295.55.

E. Men’s Club will buy two deep friers for the church.

II. Upcoming Activities:

Hide Easter Eggs Easter Sunday April 12th

Mother’s Day - Eric

Relay for Life in May 30 - Stephanie Gross and Dick Shriver

Officer Elections

June:

Steakout – June 5 - Eric Rauch

Install new Officers

July:

Smokies Baseball Game – Rick Toennission will coordinate.

August:

Lake Day

October:

Halloween Party – October 30

Chili/Soup Suppers in the fall

Next meeting will be at St. Joseph’s Church on April 28, 2009, at 6:30pm. We encourage all St. Joseph men to come and bring a covered dish.
