Lenten Schedule for 2006

 

·       Ash Wednesday is March 1^st, 2006.  Ashes will be distributed at all Masses:

o     Morning Mass – 7:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Church in Norfolk.

o     Evening Mass – 7:00 PM at St. Joseph Church in Canaan.

·       Ecumenical Lenten Services

o     Every Wednesday during Lent at the following locations and times:

§       March 8^th, 7 PM at Clinton AME Zion Church in Great Barrington

§       March 15^th , 7 PM at Immaculate Conception Church in Norfolk

§       March 22^nd , 12:00 Noon at Trinity United Methodist Church in Ashley Falls

o     Luncheon and Service

§       March 29^th, 12:00 Noon at N. Canaan Congregational Church, Pilgrim House

o     Luncheon and Service

§       April 5^th, 7 PM at United Methodist Church in Great Barrington

·       Stations of the Cross with Benediction – Fridays during Lent, 7:00PM

o     March 3^rd, March 10^th, March 17^th at Immaculate Conception Church in Norfolk

o     March 24^th, March 31^st, April 7^th at St. Joseph Church in Canaan

 

Holy Week Schedule

·       April 6^th, 6:00 PM Sacrament of Reconciliation at St. Joseph Church

·       April 9^th, Palm Sunday follows regular Mass Schedule

·       April 13^th, 7:00 PM Holy Thursday at St. Joseph Church

Mass of the Lord’s Supper

·       April 14^th

o     3:00 PM Good Friday Services at St. Joseph Church

o     7:00 PM Veneration of the Cross at Immaculate Conception

Church will remain open until 9:00 PM

·       April 15^th, 7:00 PM Easter Vigil at St. Joseph Church

·       April 16^th, Easter Sunday follows regular Mass Schedule
