Catholicism For the Curious
Every Monday during lunch in the Fisher Library, starting at 1.15pm (first meeting 14 October) Fr Alban will give a short talk on what Catholics believe. This term's topic will be the Moral Teaching of the Church.

Catholicism and the Political: Reflections on the Catholic Commitment and Political Action:
Mondays of full term (starting 20th Jan), led by Dr Tom D'Andrea, Fellow of Wolfson, at 8pm in the Fisher Library.

Sign of the Times Discussion Group
is for graduates and senior members and aims to explore issues concerning the Church in the world. Meeting this term in the Library at 8.00pm on Thursday 20th Feb- Contact Dr Rory Rapple.

The Bible Study Group
led by Fr Stephen, meeting on Wednesday evenings at 8pm (first meeting 22th Jan) in the Fisher Library offers an oppurtunity to learn about the Bible in the Catholic tradition and to reflect on its meaning for ourselves, the Church and the world.

CAMACT
seeks to lend support to small scale projects in the Third World as a way of putting Christian faith into practice in the service of the needy in less privileged parts of the world - Contact Peter Hartley .

COG
The Fisher House Drinking Society meets regularly at weekly announced venues and for dinners in different colleges - Contact Chris Paley.

Medical Ethics Discussion Group
meeting three times each term, organises talks and discussions, primarily but not exclusively for medics, seeking to provide an ethical perspective on the everyday problems of medical practice. Contact Caroline Horne or Illina Iordanova.

11:15am Mass Choir

Schola Cantorum (Latin Choir)
provides music from the Gregorian and classical traditions at the 9.30am mass on Sundays in term. New members welcome - Contact Rupert Beale.

R.H. Benson Society
is for Cambridge Catholic Graduates and senior members. This term's dinner and talk is on Wednesday 5th Feb- Contact Mantas Adomenas.

Christian Life Communities (CLC)
There are two Chrisitian Life Comminities, for undergraduates and graduates respectively. They meet regularly to reflect on their daily lives in the light of Scripture - Contact Joe Conlon and Wiebke Kuklys.

Children's Visiting Group (CVG)
organises activities for disabled children including a trip to the fireworks, swimming, parties and activity evenings. No previous experience is required and there is no need to commit yourself immediately to visiting a child - Contact Richard Fallon.

CAFOD
Catholic Aid for Overseas Development is Fisher House's justice and peace and third world group. It sponsors educational, social and charitable events designed to increase awareness about development issues. There is a bread and soup lunch on Fridays in the library, proceeds to CAFOD. Meetings take place on Friday at 1pm in the library - Contact Stephanie Godden.

The Prayer Group
meets in the chapel every Wednesdays of term between 7-8pm for informal prayer. For further details, contact Cassie Serpell.
