Claudia maintains the parish office. Claudia is responsible for answering the phone, scheduling Mass cards, tallying collections, coordinating articles for the Voice, recording new parishioners, baptisms, weddings and deaths. She is also responsible for preparing budgets, taxes and statements for the Stewardship Commission and the active parishioners.

Worship Coordinator - Peggy Backus          (248) 476-7677 ext. 202
Peggy is responsible for the following ministries: Music, Usher, Sacristan, Church Environment (temporary decoration and permanent furnishings), Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Greeter and Children's Liturgy of the Word. She also conducts a Youth Orchestra and directs a Children's Choir that plays and sings for the Christmas Eve 6 p.m. Mass. Peggy is also the coordinator of the RCIA process.

Mary is responsible for supervision and operations of the Pre-School, Elementary (Grades 1-5) and Middle School (Grades 6-7) Religious Education programs. She is also a part of the RCIA Catechetical team at
St. Gerald.

Carol is responsible for the coordination of the Confirmation Preparation program and for the high school youth ministry program, known as the SGYG (St. Gerald Youth Group).

Sr. Ellen Ann produces the monthly parish calendar, Commitment (volunteer sign-up) sheets, and seasonal mailings that are mailed to each parish family.

Coordinator of Christian Services
Terri Sanford and Mary Hoots          (248) 477-7470 ext. 208
Terri and Mary work in the areas of hospitality and social outreach. They maintain information for various resources in the area, supervise the food pantry and coordinate the efforts of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.  Terri and Mary also coordinate ministries to the homebound and to people in nursing homes. They are responsible for the funeral luncheon program, new parishioners welcome, and parish receptions and dinners throughout the year.
