Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)
Are you:
- ...a person who has not been baptized and would like to learn more about the Catholic faith, with the possibility of becoming Catholic?
- ...a Baptized Christian of an-other denomination who would like to learn about the possibility to join the Catholic tradition?
- ...a Baptized Roman Catholic who has not received Eucharist or Confirmation and would like to become a full participant in the life of the Church?
- …a Baptized Roman Catholic who would like to come and be refreshed in our faith?
- ...someone who has been away from the Catholic Church for some time and would like to come home?
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process by which you can experience the Catholic faith community with opportunities for questions to be answered and for learning about the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church.
Here at Our Lady of Refuge, this year’s sessions resume again on Monday, September 7th with an informational night.
We begin at 7pm and meet in the parish office. Just park in the horse shoe drive of the Parish Office (which was the old convent). We are meeting in the conference room, but the setting is very informal. Please feel free to come. For more information? Call the parish office and ask for Mary (248) 682-0920.
