St. Francis de Sales Happy Travelers Fall Bus Trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

A guided Day Pilgrimage of Cleveland Shrines

Join Fr. Michael Gurnick for a Guided Day Pilgrimage of Cleveland
Shrines. The event is organized by the Cleveland Catholic Forum and
takes place on Sunday, September 12, 2010 from 9AM to 5PM. We will
meet at Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine in Euclid at 9 AM and then arrive
back at Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine at 5 PM. Transportation is provided
between shrines via a private deluxe motor coach. Tickets are $45 per
person and include mass, guided tours & reflections, transportation, late
brunch & hearty snack. Advanced registration is required. Register

Maggie's Place

Running in support of pregnant moms who have nowhere else to run
Lace up your sneakers for a family friendly 9K race representing the
nine months of pregnancy, and run in support of expectant mothers who
have nowhere else to run The first annual race for Maggie's place will kick
off at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, September 19 at 8 am with procedes
benifitting Maggie's Place a nonprofit offering homes of hospitality to pregnant
women who are homeless or otherwise alone. The fundraising event includes
a 9K running race, a 3K walk/stroller push, and FREE kids' dash. Participants

Come join the St. Basil Adult Singles (SBAS) for their monthly meeting held every
first Friday of the month at 7:30 pm in the Parish Center, 8700 Brecksville Road, Brecksville.
Admission is $3.00 for non-members. The SBAS Mission Statement is to
provide a variety of activities to bring single Christian adults in the Greater Cleveland
and Akron areas together in a warm, inviting atmosphere that promotes fellowship.

St. Augustine Home Health Care and St. Augustine Care at Home

It is with pleasure that we announce that we will begin to provide Medicare
Services to residents in our area through St. Augustine Home Health Care.
These services will include: Skilled Nursing Care, Physical Therapy,
Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Home Health Aide and Medical
Social Worker.

Volunteers Needed

Continuum Care Hospice is looking for volunteers to visit and be a companion
to residents of nursing homes who are facing a terminal illness. The nursing
homes are located in Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Parma and Wickliffe.
Becoming a hospice volunteer offers you satisfaction, greater self-knowledge,
spiritual growth, friendship and personal growth. We ask that you complete a
12-hour training offered at convenient days and times and are able to offer 2 to
