DONATIONS TOWARD THE ENFANT-JÉSUS HERITAGE SITE

The Enfant-Jésus Heritage Site Corporation is a not-for-profit organization and has obtained the status of a Charitable Organization from Revenue Canada.

During the 2007 - 2011 years, the greater part of profits from our fundraisers and received donations were used for repairs to the bell tower and  new cedar shingles applied to the entire church roof. Your generous donations have allowed us to approach government agencies and private foundations and obtain matching grants to facilitate financing of these projects. We are very grateful for your generosity!

As two of our major capital projects are completed, the work is not over and we have other capital projects to consider. These projects are promising to be less costly but nonetheless in need of financing.

As such, we will continue to accept donations for which we will give a receipt for taxation purposes for amounts of $ 20 and larger.

When you make a donation toward the heritage site, you may choose the area of work you wish your donation to be used:

• CAPITAL PROJECTS (WINDOWS, INSULATION, PAINT TO WALLS, CHURCH INTERIOR, ...)
  
• FR JEAN-BAPTISTE THIBAULT COMMEMORATIVE MONUMENT
• CEMETERY MAINTENANCE AND EMBELLISHMENT
  
• GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND EMBELLISHMENT
  
• OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES
  
• PUBLICITY FEES (ADS, WEB PAGE, HANDOUTS, DOCUMENTS FOR DISTRIBUTION, BUSINESS CARDS, ...)
  
• ARCHIVES (DOCUMENTS, PHOTOS, DISPLAY  MATERIALS, MEDIA FOR STORAGE AND DISPLAY)
  
• MUSEUM (ARTEFACTS, DISPLAY ITEMS, DISPLAY CASES, DISPLAY AND STORAGE MATERIALS)

“Spending of funds is confined to programs and projects approved by the Administrative Council of the Enfant-Jésus Heritage Site Corporation. Each restricted contribution donated toward such an approved program or project will be used as restricted by the donour with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the Corporation, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where needed most in a project as closely related as possible.”
