Like other churches in Saffron
Walden, the Catholic church (pictures and details of
furnishings) has a lively
and numerous congregation, drawing its parishioners from a geographically
large parish (map), stretching from Steeple Bumpstead to Chrishall, from Great
Chesterford to Newport and forming part of the North Essex Deanery of the
Diocese
of Brentwood.
Our website is part of the framework in which we parishioners work together. It contains details of the organisational groups which are the external shape of our commitment to God, our parish
and each other. You and your family are welcome to join us on our journey of
faith. We welcome contributions to the website from parishioners - please send us details of parish activities so that we we can
publicise them.
