Liturgical Ministers!

This page is our first attempt at trying to simplify the methods used to modify our schedules and to indicate our preferred mass times. In the past many of the instructions given to the scheduler have been lost or forgotten. On this page we are trying to develop a process so that each minister has an easy way of communicating his/her scheduling needs or desires.

After completing this form and click the Submit button below, your personally selected schedule data will be emailed to the scheduler. The password will be checked and, if correct, the data will be accepted and the database will be modified appropriately. You will then be notified by email that the changes were accepted and implemented.

Mass Preference Section

In this section, you may select your mass preferences. Please select one (1) entry for each weekend mass.

Availability Section

In this section, you may indicate the weekends during which you will be unavailable. This is the safest, surest method to getting assignments that fit your schedule. No more lost or forgotten messages. No more ignored or unanswered notes. Simply click the "Check Box" on the dates for which you are not available.

Comments Section

In this section, you are urged to enter any comments you wish. You may comment about the schedule, the preferences, or any thing at all. We welcome your suggestions for improving this data gathering process, or for improving the website in general. Enter your comments in the field below.

Submit Section

In this section, you may reset all the fields to their original values. To do so, click on the "Reset" button.

You must click on the "Submit Data" button to transmit your entries via email. You will receive a confirmation email when your submission is accepted.
